What is Graxis?
Graxis is a platform for sharing personal eco-friendly transport. We help transport owners earn money while their transport is unused, and renters find the right vehicle for their needs. Our goal is to make the rental process simple and safe, promote eco-friendly mobility, and turn personal transport into a source of income.
How much can I earn per month?
The rental price is set by the owner, while Graxis only provides recommendations regarding the average price of similar listings in your region. For example, renting out a bike for $200/week can generate passive income as follows: (4 weeks * $200) - 20% service fee = $640 per month.
How does payment work?
Graxis guarantees a secure payment method. Before the rental period starts, the amount for the scheduled duration is blocked by the service and transferred to the owner’s account only after both parties confirm the return of the transport.
What happens in case of theft or damage?
In the event of damage to personal transport during the rental, the renter is responsible for repair or restoration costs. To prevent theft, the owner can set a deposit amount before the rental. We are currently negotiating with insurance companies to ensure 100% compensation for users in case of damage or theft.
What is the service fee?
The service fee is 20% of the total rental amount.
Where can I download the Graxis app?
Graxis is currently in the early stages of its startup journey and actively seeking investment. The first versions of the app will be available for download on the App Store and Google Play after the successful completion of the initial development phase.
How can I cancel a rental?
The renter can cancel the rental only before the transport is handed over by the owner, in which case the booking amount will be refunded to the renter's account. The rental period begins after both parties confirm the start of the rental. Cancellation is not possible once the rental has started.
How is user verification conducted?
For user verification, a passport or ID card, phone number, email address, and links to social media profiles are used.
What types of transport can be rented out or rented now?
The alpha version of the service will support bicycle transport and other types chosen through voting in our Telegram channel. Join and vote for the type of transport you need or would like to earn money from by renting out. In future iterations, we will expand the list of available vehicles based on your requests and seasonal demand.
In which regions is Graxis available?
Graxis is currently in the startup phase and actively seeking investment to expand operations across Ukraine. Initially, we plan to launch the service in Kyiv, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk, with further expansion across the country.
